Groupwise is a software for productivity and collaboration. The UWL file contains words added by the user in the GroupWise email dictionary and also the QuickCorrect entries. The filename has a pattern for each of the User Word List files which goes like WT$$&&.uwl where the $$ represents the GroupWise UWL version number and the for example 61 would be when the version of the GroupWare User Word List version 6.1 && represents the language code for example UK for British English, US for US English, etc. These files are stored as standard Unicode text files hence allow for the user of various different languages and symbols and can be opened using any standard text editor that supports Unicodes. This file is usually put into the root of the systems C:\ drive and forces all the users on the computer to use the very same dictionary as well as the QuickCorrect list; however it can be copied or moved to each of the users profile directories and changed for each user separately.
