This is the file created for storing the digital signature and information. This is used by the OmniForm format which is later used for scanning. This file can be filled out using the OmniForm Filler and the same can be included in the OmniForm program. The file contains data which has all forms and OFM format which supports digital signatures, attachments, field validation, calculations and the automatic form fill from previously entered data. The OmniForm format has been made by ScanSoft which later merged with Nuance Communications in 2005
