OEM is the device driver install file which is used to install such drivers for making them run on the system. The installation process makes such file run when the drivers for devices are to be installed and these come with the operating system. Most vendors also send different drivers to be installed with their hardware which can be run as the driver separately. Most drivers included in the operating system are run at the time of the installation and these run from a text file which stores complete information of the device and the functions of the same. This file shall store all the instructions and shall copy all commands to be used when the driver is initiated or being used by the computer
